• To ensure your health and protections upon booking your appointment with any of Artofficial’s artists we ask that you please make a note to your artist about any skin allergies and sensitivities that you may have. Artofficial assumes no responsibility for any allergic reactions as a result of any products or tools that are being used. 
• Please also note that there are no children allowed to accompany client unless they are being serviced.
• We do not allow any outside food or beverages inside of our studio. You are more than welcome to enjoy any of our complimentary food and beverage items inside. 
• We ask that clients do not solicit inside our outside of our studio.
• If an appointment isn’t cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment date and time client will be charged full amount of services. The same rules applies if there is a no-show. This fee will be collected on the date of occurrence or upon client’s next visit.
