Which brush should I use?

We truly feel that you should be able to use a brush for whatever part of the face works for you.

We teach all of our artists to use their brushes for whatever. It doesn’t matter if you use the eyeshadow brush for contouring the nose or the contour brush to dust powder under a client’s eyes. AS LONG as the job gets done well. Because honestly the brushes that are to be used for certain things often times aren’t the best ones for the job.

There is a lot of pressure in the makeup artist community to do all of what you see others do to a T or to basically, “follow the rules”. We are all about making your own rules and doing things with your own personal touch to it.
